SARMAD

As process designers for Sarmad, a non – profit organization that provides financial and management consulting services to NGOs, we were responsible for creating and implementing the processes of support allocation, payment, and performance reporting. We used the following steps to design and execute these processes:
– Stakeholder analysis: We identified and assessed the needs and expectations of the NGOs and other parties involved in the support process.
– Definition of quantitative indicators: We developed and defined measurable criteria to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the support provided by Sarmad.
– Data analysis with power bi software: We collected and analyzed data from various sources using power bi software to generate insights and recommendations for improving the support process.
– Knowledge management: We documented and shared the best practices and lessons learned from the support process with Sarmad staff and other stakeholders.
